Before reporting a problem: 1. Restart Backroom Casino and Steam. 2. Make sure everyone in a multiplayer session is running the same game version. 3. Check that Windows and your graphics drivers are up to date. 4. Try reproducing the issue in a new session. 5. If the issue affects multiplayer, note who was hosting the session.
