Introduction

This policy explains how Bork Builds handles information in our games, apps and experiments.

This policy applies to all Bork Builds titles listed on this website.

We aim to collect as little data as possible. Some titles store gameplay progress and settings on your device.

Titles with leaderboards and achievements use Apple Game Center. Your Game Center nickname and scores are handled by Apple.

Some titles sync progress through your private iCloud storage. We cannot read your iCloud data.

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We never receive your payment details.

Where analytics is used, it is aggregated and never used to identify individual players.

Crash reports may be shared by the platform to help us fix problems.

Apple, Google and platform store providers may process data under their own policies.

Our titles are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We keep only what is needed to operate the titles, and no longer.

Email us and we will delete any data associated with you that we control.
